EU Order Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off)
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
According to applicable EU consumer protection regulations, consumers residing in the European Union (EU) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Important Exceptions & Diminished Value Policy
Unused Products Only
To receive a full refund, RUGCEL products must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.
Products that have been installed, connected, powered on, operated, or used for testing purposes may not qualify for a full refund.
Please ensure that the product is returned in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.
Diminished Value Charges
Please note that RUGCEL products, including winches, recovery equipment, and outdoor accessories, are technical products designed for practical use.
If a product has been installed, wired, connected to a power source, used for recovery operations, tested under load, shows signs of wear, has damaged packaging, missing accessories, or other conditions that affect resale value, it may no longer be considered a new product.
Under applicable EU consumer protection regulations, RUGCEL reserves the right to deduct a reasonable diminished value amount from the final refund based on the actual condition of the returned product and the loss of commercial value.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product delivered was incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or defective due to a manufacturing issue, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Customers should ensure that returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
Any return shipping damage caused by improper packaging may affect the final refund amount.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request (Order Cancellation)
To exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your order, you can submit a request through your customer account.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Your Account
Click the account login button or visit the store account page.
2. Sign In
Enter your email address and the verification code sent to your inbox.
3. Find Your Order
Locate the order you wish to withdraw from in your account dashboard.
4. Request Withdrawal
Click the "Withdraw" or "Cancel Order" option for the specific order.
(Please note: this is a withdrawal request under the EU cooling-off period, not a standard return request.)
5. Select Items
If your order contains multiple products, select the items you wish to withdraw from.
6. Provide Reason & Notes
Select a withdrawal reason (optional) and add any additional information for our customer service team.
7. Submit Request
Click submit to complete your withdrawal request.
After Your Withdrawal Request Is Approved
Once your withdrawal request is approved, you will receive return instructions from our customer service team.
After we receive and inspect the returned products, your refund will be processed according to this policy.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that any applicable deductions, including diminished value charges or return shipping costs where applicable, will be applied before the final refund is issued.
